Eskenazi architecture student works with local builder to create affordable homes.
A student in the J. Irwin Miller Architecture Program has designed two unique houses being built on Columbus’ east side with affordability in mind. “It’s function and form working together,” Jim Blackstock said of his designs. Blackstock, currently in his second year of the M. Arch degree, teamed up with Blackburn Properties for the project.
