Indiana University art and design majors/programs, and the Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture + Design are accredited through the National Schools of Art and Design. NASAD is the premier accrediting body for arts schools/colleges. Our last site visit was in 2016, with a ten-year renewal until 2026.
The interior design program in the Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture + Design program has been continuously accredited by CIDA (the Council for Interior Design Accreditation) since 1992, along with 150 others nationwide and in Canada.
The most recent visit was in Spring 2011, and resulted in a 6-year re-accreditation. One of our faculty members is a “CIDA Visitor,” participating in two accreditation visits each per year.
