Patrick Stefaniak is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Digital Art area. His work spans videogames, virtual reality, 3D printing, crochet, painting, installation, and performance. He is particularly interested in ideas of rendering and labor, linking the digital to the irl through an analogy of 3D graphics and yarn crafts. He has also worked in the Creative Technology and Videogame industries in New York and Los Angeles, and his work has been shown in galleries, museums, and festivals both nationally and internationally.
